[ Exploring a mysterious crater would be a nice distraction from the memory of seeing her father transform into a skeletal monster. It's been hard to get that image out of her mind. And overall, Zelda is feeling much better after a few days of rest. She could definitely handle an expedition!

Based on the few pictures I have seen on my shellphone, I do not think it is naturally occurring. Bear in mind, I have no evidence to substantiate my theory, But I suspect it might have been made by a leviathan.
